I see health as more than only nutrition and exercise. That’s why I recommend a 360° approach consisting of nutrition, exercise, mental wellbeing, and sleep. You can also choose to focus on one aspect. Each person has unique needs and needs a unique approach.

During coaching, I want to inspire you and provide the tools you need to achieve your goals. If you book a package of 8 sessions, you’ll also get a Health Guide. This workbook gives information about nutrition, exercise, mental health and sleep; fully adapted to your specific situation.
